Laurie and Brian Toledo along with Daneta and the late David Pankratz and James Bibb are pleased to announce the engagement of their children. Dan and Brianne will wed on May 11th, in the company of loved ones and honored friends at the Grandison Inn in Oklahoma City. Their ceremony will embrace Oklahoma and Hawaiian/Filipino family traditions. The newlyweds will explore the local culture, art and architecture at their honeymoon destination of Barcelona, Spain. The happy couple looks forward to a future of growing vegetables and herding Boston Terriers at their home.

Beloit Daily News staff photographer celebrated Seurat and a sunny afternoon with this photo to promote a local event http://goo.gl/6Pvvu . Including the human element of trying to position and light everyone right in one photo, to capture one moment in time, feels more vibrant and alive to me than the photoshop perfection offered by the TV show’s version.
